Account Executive (Event Sales Division)
Responsibilities:
- Speak to the decision makers of world's leading companies, selling the high level conference attendance to the senior executives, dealing primarily with Asia, Europe and North America.
- Work multi-functional to independently fulfill whole sales cycle over the phone.
- Oversee all aspects of pre-sales research activities such as industrial investigation, leads generation, project briefing.
Requirements:
- College degree or above, fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, CET-6 or above.
- Commercially minded candidates who want to develop a long-term SALES career.
- A positive attitude.
- Must be persuasive, determined, hard working and able to work effectively in a team.
- Possess great communication skills.

Assistant Conference Producer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspect of conference production and project management, such as topic generation, Budget containment, program development, speak invitation, on-site co-ordination.
- Research your target market to ensure that the conference meets the needs of the defined market.
- Develop strategic relationships with leading associations, companies and consultants.
- Ensure all project literature and conference documentation meets established standards for appearance and market promotion.
- Oversee the marketing, administration, and PR of your conference product.
- Briefing and Supporting Sales and Operations Departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, 1-2 years commercial conference companies' working experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical research skills and a comprehensive knowledge of current affairs.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,CET-6 / TEM4 or above.
- A positive attitude.
- Must be persuasive, determined, hard working and able to work effectively in a team.
- A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills.
- Possess superb written and spoken communications skills.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines.
